Large rooms and very well maintained property

Excellent location, close to the station

Had to change rooms due to fault in the bathroom, though the reception staff was happy to switch rooms, I had to ask maintenance to come out 3 times before anything was done

Cleanliness. Tne male trainee at the reception was very good and helpful.

Same breakfast on all 12 days, very bad. No variety. No much selection of food. Even some days food was scarce.

Location is great. Room was clean and new and provided all the facilities I needed. Housekeeping was fast and efficient.

No hot breakfast offered.

the staff could be a bit friendlier - there seemed to be a lot of staff around - but not any acknowledgment or assistance. Ie if you need a cab we were told it was best to stand on the street - just a real lack of wanting to assist. we even asked where to go for dinner and the reception team couldn’t help us with any recommendations. the rooms needed some maintenance - the timber veneers are cracking and the fake flowers in the breakfast room are tacky - when there are so many lovely real flower boxes around.

Everything, room was massive and bathroom. Decent size fridge, bed is massive, you need to be athletic to get on it.. tube is 100m away on Piccadilly line. Easy from Heathrow. Altoughabout 24stairs to negotiate

Great location Clean

Staff was not very clear about the allowed number of guests in the room. They said an extra bed cannot be placed in the room, but upon entering the room we saw the extra bed already placed!! Of course they made us pay for it big extra money!

Perfectly located on the next block from the Natural History Museum therefore we never queued to get in. Lovely neighbourhood, tube and buses on the doorstep. Whisper quiet room, lovely bathroom and essential kitchen Staff were helpful, very polite and always attentive. Breakfast was perfect. We arrived on an early morning flight from Heathrow- generously we were able to check in late morning without any fuss. I appreciated this so much as the flight was long and my daughter and I were weary. Thank you Fraser Suites

The location was excellent - very close to the Tube, restaurants, supermarkets etc. It is also ideally located for visiting the Science, Natural History and V & A museums. Knightsbridge with Harrods and the other big names is only a few minutes walk away as is the Royal Park etc. The property was spacious, comfortable and peaceful with quality fittings, air con etc. The bathroom was very good as was the bed / bedroom. Good towels - changed every day and electrically heated towel rail Two TVs and Wifi helped make the stay comfortable and communications easy.

The kitchenette could have been better equipped lacking food storage and would have benefited from having a combi oven rather than just a microwave. It would have also benefited from some basics like dishcloths, more crockery as the apartment was for 4 people but some items lacking - only one or two items where more would have been appropriate - also only one glass tumbler in the bathroom and no face cloths. There was an information Compendium in the apartment but did not have anything useful on the area - information on the local area / maps.

The location of the Hotel was excellent.

- We were checked in, in a room for people with special needs and no one told us that the bathroom had a very low shower and a very low and small sink that you can't even take a bath or wash your face and the water will go all over the place. In addition, the bed was designed for people with special needs, very high bed with a very sold uncomfortable mattress with a smell of herbals. When we asked the hotel to change the room, they told us there is no available room until the next morning. - the next morning we changed the room to another one in the lower ground floor, the smell was horrible like there is a dead rat in the room for years! I told them please clean the room and put air refresher, they said the smell will go, it is just that the previous cooked something in the room that made it smelly. In that night, I couldn't sleep from the bad smell, and the room was extremely cold without even turning on the air condition. And when I asked for another blanket, they gave me two dirty blankets with smell of onion. When I told him bring me a clean one, he said it is for extra charge, you have to pay! I was really surprised how most of the amenities in the room were not available and I have to pay for everything! Not only that, in front of my room is the staff room, where they come and change their clothes for their shift. They were really noisy, laughing and chatting in a very loud voice! - I can conclude, that the room size and the furniture were really good ,, but the service in the hotel was very poor, and the house keeping staff were not cleaning anything ,, which made the room not comfortable at all. They seriously ruined my short trip to London and I will not definitely choose this hotel again, cause it is considered expensive comparing to other hotels close by to it for not any good service.

Location was excellent and walking distance to the museums and good cafes/ restaurants

Apartment was in the basement next to fire exit, laundry storage area. Request for higher floor. Water pressure in shower very low.

Location and overall look of the place was nice.

Pillows were rock hard, very uncomfortable. Sofa bed on other room was old and frame sank in the middle. had to use the thin mattres on the floor.

The staff are superb - very helpful and friendly Location in a very pleasant area and easy access from Heathrow and to the rest of city Liked having gym in the building Apartment well equipped, comfortable bed

Nothing major - perhaps a retractable line or rack in the apartment for drying small items of clothing would be good

The location is safe. It is a few min walk to Gloucester Road Station , National History , V& A Museums and the church. There is a well-equipped gym. My son went there everyday!

There is no slipper inside the room.
